We will do our best to ensure that your dog is happy and comfortable during their stay with us. They will be exercised to your requirements and fed in a way they are accustomed to. In return, there a few things that we would ask that you do to make everything run smoothly.
All dogs must be accompanied by a valid vaccination certificate; a minimum of 2 weeks should elapse before boarding a dog after the first full course of injections and kennel cough vaccine. Failure to produce a valid certificate will mean the dog cannot be accepted and any deposit paid will be forfeit.
Please ensure your dog has had a recent flea and worm treatment before their stay. If there is obvious evidence of infection, the dog will be treated by us forthwith and you will consent to payment for this.
We strongly recommend that your dog has been given a vaccine for kennel cough at least 2 weeks before their stay.
Dogs booked into a family room are assumed to get along together at all times, including feed times. No responsibility is accepted for any injury caused as a result of being in a family room. However, if a problem occurs, the staff will separate the dogs and the normal single room rate will apply.
Any medication to be given must have full and clear written instructions with it and there must be sufficient to last the stay.
Bookings made by any method must be followed up by completion of a booking form and 50% deposit. Late bookings are to be paid for in full on arrival.
Payments can be made via cheque or BACS or cash on arrival. Unfortunately, debit/ credit cards are not accepted at the moment.
We ask clients to observe the departure and arrival times of 9.30am - 11am and 3.30pm - 5pm. Please note that early drop off and late pick ups are charged at half the daily rate.
Single dogs often benefit from being paired with another for walks. You will be asked if this is suitable for your dog and the staff will decide which dogs to pair up using their knowledge of the individual animal's normal behaviour. By signing you agree to allow staff to do this, please delete if not applicable.
